Practice Areas

The economic climate of recent years has led many small businesses to encounter financial difficulty. Just as with individuals, there are several solutions available to handle business debt problems. However, when a business falls behind on bills, the situation can become far more complicated, often involving more than just debts owed to banks and employees, but taxes due to the IRS as well. If you own a small business and face unmanageable debt, you need skilled financial and legal counsel to help your business get back on its feet.

If you are facing a mountain of personal debt or owe back taxes to the IRS, it can create untold stress in virtually every area of your life. Unfortunately, doing nothing will only make the problem worse. The collection calls may eventually lead to judgments, wage garnishments, your bank account being seized and even a lien on your personal property. Before the situation deteriorates any further, it is important to seek skilled legal guidance.

Are you under audit or owe back taxes to the IRS? Are you facing a wage garnishment, bank levy or lien on your property?
